Collector 1

Confident and self-motivated? Using your strong skills in communications and diplomacy, you will review delinquent and past-due accounts to make payment arrangements while maintaining strong customer relationships. Applicants must be able to convey a professional, courteous and positive attitude while working in a high-volume environment. Ability to speak both French and English (bilingual) is an asset, but is not required.

Schedule

Shifts range Monday though Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Salary

  • $29,000 per year plus 10-15% shift differential
  • Potential for significant monthly incentive bonus

Credit Card Analyst – Bilingual

A Credit Card Analyst makes judgmental decisions on customer credit applications. This includes calling applicants to gain additional financial information that is needed to make a sound credit decision. He/she also investigates credit-related inquiries; achieves daily and monthly goals for volume of application decisions while maintaining departmental standards; continues to expand knowledge by seeking new opportunities to learn new functions and duties; remains flexible to the changing needs of the department; is knowledgeable in all banking regulatory and procedural requirements; adds value by selling credit insurance on new approvals; and performs miscellaneous assignments that may be given by management. This position functions in accordance with all banking compliance and regulatory acts, standards, requirements and codes of conduct (i.e., AML/Privacy/COB).

Required Qualifications

  • University/college degree and/or relevant work experience
  • 1 year customer contact experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and strive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain loan quality and productivity standards
  • Must be receptive to feedback and show the ability and willingness to apply it
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Able and willing to work a flexible rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proven ability to be responsive to the business needs of the department
  • Bilingual in French and English.

Schedule

Hours of work are scheduled Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.

Salary

  • $31,000 CAD per year plus 10-15% shift differential for eligible associates

Customer Service Associate


Bank of America Customer Service Associates strive to delight our customers in every customer interaction by assisting customers on the phone, or through correspondence (faxes and emails), with questions or issues regarding their credit card accounts.

Customer Service Associates are required to market and sell multiple bank products. You must have the ability to optimize sales opportunities, while taking into consideration the customer's satisfaction and needs. While customer calls are mostly routine, our Associates must have the ability to know when to deviate from standard procedures and scripts to find an appropriate resolution for the customer.


Required Qualifications

  • You must possess good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task
  • Ability to use a computerized system for performing customer transactions, gathering and researching information, and resolving customer issues
  • Some previous customer service experience is generally preferred

Schedule

  • Full-Time
    Rotating shifts range between the hours of 7 a.m. and 1 a.m., including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be available to attend 5-6 weeks of paid training.

Salary

  • $29,000 ($13.94 hourly) per year plus 10-15% shift differential

Customer Marketing Specialist

Working in our fast-paced, exciting sales environment, you will provide high-quality product promotion and sales through outbound customer calling. You will also identify and resolve any customer concerns to create a positive sales experience. Applicants must have strong communications skills, natural sales skills and the ability to work in a high-volume sales environment. Bilingualism (French and English) is preferred, but not required.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm-11:30 pm / Friday 11:00 am-5:00 pm. Applicants must be able to work one Saturday per month from 10:00 am-4:00 pm

Salary

  • $29,000 per year plus 10-15% shift differential
