I moved. How do I change my address?

I didn't receive a statement. How can I order a copy?
You can sign in to Online Access to view and download statements for the last 12 months free-of-charge. You can also call 1.800.404.1319 to request a copy of your statement, however there may be a fee for your request.

I will be moving temporarily. Can I update my address for a few months?
Yes. Simply call 1.800.404.1319 to change your address. Upon returning to your permanent residence, call us again to change your address.

How do I request additional users for my account?
With the MBNA Credit Card you can have up to nine additional Cardholders on your account, all for no extra charge. Call 1.800.404.1346, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to add additional users to your card.
